Heartland Heights Affortable Housing Partnership with Lloyd Companies
The Club for Boys is excited to partner with Lloyd Companies, a developer, contractor, and property management company on an affordable housing project for our community.
Heartland Heights will be located on 427 Degeest Drive, Rapid City. Household income limits will be within 30 - 60 percent of the median income in Rapid City. Preleasing will begin in early 2022 and new residents are scheduled to move in by next summer.
Heartland Heights is possible thanks to tax credits awarded by the South Dakota Housing Development Authority.
