You can apply online or download our application, print and fill out the form, and then submit to us by email or at the Club. Please follow the instructions below and note that all new members and parent(s) must attend an orientation meeting before attending The Club For Boys.

Please include a copy of the member’s birth certificate.
Note: We only need the birth certificate on new members. Renewals do not need to resubmit one every year.
