Busing Information:

The Club for Boys will be busing from these schools for the school year.

All schools have a limit on the number of boys that can be transported from the school to the Club. Once the maximum number of boys has been reached for a school, all other boys signing up to ride from that school will be put on a waiting list.

  • Horace Mann Elementary
  • Robbinsdale Elementary
  • Valley View Elementary
  • Rapid Valley Elementary
  • North Middle School
  • South Middle School
  • East Middle School

A busing permission slip must be filled out for each member before being allowed to ride the bus from school to the Club. School transportation forms are available at the Club in the membership application.

Members will have their temperature taken upon arriving at the Club. Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.3 will have their parents/guardians contacted and must be picked up right away.

School Attendance and Field Trips:

All members are expected to attend school every day. Your child will NOT be permitted to attend the Club if he did NOT go to school that day unless approved by the Director of Individual Services.

Field trips are available for all members on a first come first serve basis. Parents must fill out the permission slip and members must display good behavior. Some trips have limited spots. Our staff try to take different members on each trip, so everyone has the opportunity to go. Trips may be cancelled or changed due to weather and staffing.

Picking Up Your Member:

For the safety of our members, we encourage parents to park in a parking spot and come inside the Club to pick up their children. The Club discourages children from being outside unless they are supervised by an adult.

Please call if you know that you will be late picking up your child at closing time. Children left 15 – 29 minutes past closing time will be suspended for 1 day from Club activities. If we are unable to reach a parent or guardian, law enforcement is contacted for those children left 30 minutes or more past closing time.
