We focus on teaching boys that keeping their heart and bodies healthy can be fun and rewarding with both indoor and outdoor sports such as our flag football and winter basketball leagues.
We also break our physical activities into age groups, allowing boys of all ages to play their full potential. The two gyms provide a safe and constructive environment for younger boys to develop their physical skills and for older boys to push these skills to the limit.
